From Bean to Cup
Coffee has always been at the heart of this journey. We knew early on that we didn’t just want beans that tasted good, we wanted beans that had integrity. That’s why we partner with a roaster who values relationships with farmers. Every bag of beans we brew has already been cared for long before it reaches us.
It matters to us that the farmers are paid fairly, that the quality is nurtured at the source, and that our roaster knows exactly where those beans come from. That chain of trust: farmer to roaster to us to you, that is what makes that first sip in the morning mean something more.
Ingredients You Can Trust
When it comes to food, we take the same approach. In the early days, our menu was small, but as we grew, so did our ability to offer baked goods and meals made with care. Our croissants, muffins, and gluten-free options aren’t just items on a shelf, they’re the result of hours of testing, sourcing, and refining.

That care extends to the details most people don’t even think about: like our garnishes, our mixers and even our syrups. Instead of buying bottles off a shelf, we make our syrups and mixers in-house. That means when you taste vanilla, lavender, or seasonal flavors in your drink, it’s the real deal, made by us with fresh ingredients. No shortcuts, no artificial fillers - just flavor we’d want to drink ourselves.
We squeeze juices fresh, build layered flavors with our house syrups, bitters, and infusions to get the balance just right. Because for us, it’s not about being fancy for the sake of fancy - it’s about crafting a drink you actually want to savor, sip by sip.
